Our survey shows that AI is still very far from being mainstream in Belgium. In fact, 80% of employees do not use AI in their jobs. Many employees do want to learn about it (71%). This suggests a lack of development in their current jobs, which is one of the main reasons why a quarter of workers change jobs.
