Your new role
Process inventory receipts accurately, ensuring they match purchase orders and pass quality checks.
Receive and handle biohazard products in a controlled temperature environment, following strict procedures to maintain product quality.
Work with cryogenic materials and ensure safe handling using proper protective equipment.
Complete inspection checks for incoming materials and maintain accurate records.
Support operations and quality departments to meet milestone qualifications.
Maintain a clean working environment and follow cleaning protocols.
Use SAP ERP-systems for inventory management and become a key user for system integration.
Follow and help develop standard operating procedures and training materials.
Support procurement by maintaining accurate records and resolving issues quickly.
Collaborate with accounting, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Your profile
Education: Minimum of an Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business preferred).
Experience: Relevant warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills: Detail-oriented, strong administrative skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, excellent communication and influencing skills, strong analytical and data entry skills, proficient in Excel and Word, and experience with ERP-systems.
Requirements
Must be able to work in a shift regime (early, late, and weekends). Residence address in Belgium, near Ghent.
Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
What you'll get in return
Salary: According to industry standards.
Meal Vouchers: €7 per working day.
Sunday Recovery: Fully paid recovery day on the first rest day after the Sunday you worked.
Shift Premium: Early shift is remunerated with a 9% premium, day shift with 4%, afternoon shift with 12%, and late shift with 15%.
Vacation: 14 days of statutory vacation, 10 public holidays, and 5 additional days.
