Our client in the Ghent area is a fast-growing international company that produces a biotechnological therapy for the treatment of various diseases, including Multiple Myeloma. Your new role
After extensive training in aseptic/GMP work and the procedures to follow, you will join the dynamic operations team.
Together with your fellow operators and team leaders, you will support the daily aseptic and manual production process according to strictly defined actions and standard procedures.
You will perform certain production process steps within a grade A/B/C/D environment, such as spiking, media refreshment, cell culture, and freezing of the therapeutic product.
You will help ensure that our patients can start their therapy on time with a high-quality product.
Your profile
A strong sense of responsibility and passion to make a difference in patients’ lives.
Clear communication with your colleagues and supervisor. You love structure and order, are very accurate, and are willing to work in an aseptic environment with appropriate sterile clothing.
Experience in pharma or biotech is not required as we provide full training.
You have an A2 diploma or equivalent through experience. The mindset for quality and accuracy takes precedence over diploma and background.
You are willing to work in a shift system in 2 shifts as well as on weekends (no night shifts).
