• Administrative tasks, including invoice processing and ensuring timely postings
  
  
• Supporting the Financial Manager with month-end closings, audits, and ad hoc finance requests
  
  
• Collaborating with project managers and challenging processes to maintain quality standards
  
  
• Managing diverse responsibilities, including compliance and financial due diligence (KYC)
  
  
• Handling payment runs, coding queries, and liaising with the Financial Service Center
  
  
• Assisting with audits, international processes, and business line operations in a dynamic setting.

Your profile

• Proficiency in English is essential (Dutch or French skills are a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Accountant or Administrative Support
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Management, or Finance preferred
• Familiarity with accounting systems like Workday and HFM is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to manage financial tasks, prioritize, and adapt under pressure
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independent and collaborative work
• Open to learning and process optimization with a results-driven attitude.
