Our client, located in Braine-l'Alleud, is active in the development, financing, construction and operation of sustainable energy sources. We are looking for an HR Officer to strengthen their team of 10 people.
Your new position
As HR Officer, the function is divided into two parts, but you should know that the first part will be the most important in your function:
1. Payroll:
- Administration
- Verification and control of payroll
- Respond to questions relating to social legislation
- Support for the improvement of existing HR processes
- Fleet Management
2. Recruitment:
- Responsible for recruitment from A to Z
- Writing job descriptions and publishing them
- Sourcing candidates and being their first point of contact
- Onboarding
Your profile
We are looking for someone with payroll experience and an interest in recruiting. Payroll experience must be at least three years. In addition, the candidate must be fluent in Dutch and English with a very good level of French. Someone who is a team player, hands-on and proactive would be a great fit.
What the employer offers you
Our client offers you a permanent contract of 38 hours per week with 33 days off.
