For one of our clients, Hays is looking for an
AP/AR Coordinator:
What will be your responsibilities:
- Processing of invoices and bank transactions
- First point of contact about bank-related issues
- Management of customer and supplier accounts
- Assisting with VAT declarations and other reports
- Involvement in cash planning and ad-hoc financial analysis
Who are we looking for:
- At least 2–3 years' experience in an AP/AR role
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Fluent in English, and confident about communicating in either French and Dutch.
- Independent, efficient, and taking initiative
- Team-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to mentor and guide junior colleagues, sharing your expertise to support their growth
