What will you be doing?

• Proactively manage deliveries to minimize customer impact.

• Adjust delivery plans based on customer urgency.

• Act as the primary contact for operational inquiries from customers and suppliers.

• Identify and escalate recurring issues as necessary.

• Analyze short- and midterm forecasts and communicate with carriers for planning purposes.

Who are you?

• You like to learn and adapt quickly to a new situation. Keeping in close contact with clients and suppliers is a given for you. You are very client-minded.
• You like working in a close-knit team and are a good communicator.
• You have some experience with the following tools: Power BI, Qlik, One note, Sharepoint, Teams...
• You are able to prioritize tasks and plan your work well. Fluent spoken and written English.
• Work independently when the situation asks for it.
