IT WMS Analyst - Manhattan Associates - Logistics - Distribution Center - CDI - Belgium/Liège

Your new role

As a WMS Analyst, you will support the distribution center by administering and configuring the Manhattan Associates WMI warehouse management system.
  • You will ensure general maintenance and updates of the WMS software. You will analyze issues, monitor networks to ensure their availability to users, and analyze information through these networks, systems, and computer databases.
  • You will oversee the implementation of new systems and report the results to management.
  • You will be proactive and actively participate in improving the productivity and efficiency of the distribution center. You will identify alternatives for optimizing IT resources and develop solutions to increase operational profitability.
  • You will be responsible for updating system documentation for users. You will inform users about new features and how to use them. You will learn about standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • You will also handle various hardware platforms, including the installation and maintenance of the IBM iSeries server (also known as AS/400).

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a WMS environment, preferably with the Manhattan Associates warehouse management system;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution and logistics center;
  • Excellent knowledge of WMS, order management applications, and database systems;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills at the IT systems level;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and SQL language;
  • Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), connectivity, and production automation (PLC – Allen Bradley, etc.) is an advantage;
  • Ability to work in French and English (Minimum C1 level);
  • Highly client and result-oriented, with effective communication skills;
  • Organized, able to manage stressful situations and set priorities;
  • Positive attitude and good team spirit.
