To strengthen its operational team, our client is currently seeking an Operations Manager.
Your new role
As an Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Director and independently manage several departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to meet daily and monthly targets, ensuring adherence to budgets, deadlines, and safety standards in an automated environment.
- Foster and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term business plans for your departments.
- Implement necessary actions to achieve objectives by defining and monitoring your team's KPIs, while efficiently managing operational costs.
- Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop your teams (approximately 150 people) in collaboration with your Team Leaders and Leads. Effective communication is crucial, both with your teams and social partners.
- Manage and optimize automated processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
This role demands versatility and the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment. You must be prepared to tackle daily challenges and guide your teams towards operational excellence.
Your profile
- A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within an automated/production or Logistics environment.
- Proficiency in WMS, WCS, and AS400 systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
You are a driver of change, able to easily adapt in a constantly evolving environment. You communicate effectively with your interlocutors, listen to understand, and do everything possible to satisfy customers. You remain positive and do not let daily challenges destabilize you, while managing conflicts diplomatically and strictly adhering to safety and work procedures.
