About the organization
Our client is an international production company active in the interior sector. They are known for their advanced technologies and high-quality materials, which allow them to play an important role in the international market.

Your new role
As a Customer Service specialist, you work in a team of 7 people and are the central point of contact for both customers and the company's internal departments. You manage customer files from Russian-speaking countries (90% Russia), from order input to delivery, and do everything possible to respect the promised delivery date. Additionally, you are responsible for preparing export documents for deliveries outside the EU. In this role, you work very closely with the Sales Manager for Russian-speaking countries. Furthermore, you handle invoicing and other administrative tasks necessary to proactively follow up with customers. You report directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will join an enthusiastic and experienced team.

What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • First similar work experience
  • Fluent knowledge of Russian, average knowledge of English or Dutch, and additional languages are a plus.
  • IT-minded
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented
