Diegem - Customer Service Representative – Spanish / Italian / English - International company– medical sector

Your new company

You will join an international company from Diegem active in the medical sector. You will work in a small international team with a good working atmosphere. They provide a thorough training in the office and afterwards 2 days of homeworking are possible. Moreover, the working hours are between 9:00 - 17:30 and because you work 40 hours per week you are entitled to 12 adv days annually. In total, you are entitled to 32 leave days annually.


Your new role

As a Customer Service Representative you are the SPOC person for the customers, internal departments and logistic contacts. You’ll be responsible for the Spanish and Italian market.

You will mainly have contact with B2B and distributors customers through email, but sometimes you will also contact them by phone regarding issues about the orders. The role consists of order management (confirmation and follow up) and bringing shipping documentation into order. Finally, you will be handling complaints and invoices.

Your profile

For this customer service representative job, Hays is looking for a candidate who is

  • Fluent oral and written in Spanish, Italian and English.

  • You already have a first relevant work experience within customer service and order management.

  • Furthermore, you are communicatively and administratively strong, so you can follow up everything accurately and organize yourself well.

  • You are customer-oriented and can work well together with other colleagues.

  • Finally, you are flexible and your organizational skills allow you to deal well with deadlines and priorities.
