Our client in Ghent is a fast-growing international company that produces a biotechnological therapy for the treatment of various diseases.

You can expect to be part of an innovative team working on treatments that have the potential to make a significant impact on patients’ lives.

Your new role

  • Processing inventory receipts and quality checks.

  • Receiving and handling biohazard products in controlled temperature environments.

  • Working with cryogenic equipment and materials and adhering to safety procedures.

  • Completing inspection forms and logbooks according to GMP and GDP guidelines.

  • Collaborating with Operations and Quality departments to support production and lab activities.

  • Working in a clean environment with protective clothing.

  • Using SAP ERP systems for inbound, picking, and outbound activities.

  • Supporting procurement processes and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Quickly and effectively resolving complaints and performing inventory reconciliations.

  • Working in shifts: early, late, and regularly on weekends (4 days working, 4 days home).


Your profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (recommended: Bachelor’s in supply chain, Accounting, or Business).

  • Previous warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Analytical skills and experience with ERP systems.

  • English (fluent), Dutch (a plus).
