Hays Engineering is looking for a product manager with knowledge of or experience in micro CT imaging.
Your new role
Your new role
As a product manager you oversee all aspects of the Product Lifecycle (PLM) of on or more products that you own. This includes the design of newly introduced products, financial performance and sustainability of the product (portfolio) that he or she owns. Hereby, you’ll need to
- define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- translate market (customer) requirements into product requirements for new products
- represent the customer needs and user experience inside the team (mostly R&D)
- own the financial performance of the products you own
- prioritize new product features and requirements based on the input from the market
An important part of the job is to partner with the R&D department and guide them towards creating feasible solutions.

Hays Engineering is looking for an experienced engineer who’s familiar with micro CT imaging. This is an important asset to be able to work together with R&D and understand the requirements of the users. Also, we are looking for candidates with experience in managing projects, ideally Product life cycle management (PLM) or New product introduction (NPI). They value candidates with a positive, critical opinion who are solution and customer oriented.
