Your new role

• Analyzing and correlating security event information from various sources to detect and mitigate threats.
• Implementing security projects and configuring IT security components.
• Providing security guidance to technical and management teams, ensuring adherence to security principles.
• Collaborating with different teams to identify and evaluate security risks, implementing balanced security solutions.
• Staying updated on IT security developments and assessing their applicability within the organization.
• Reporting on emerging security risks and trends, evaluating their impact on the organization’s security posture.

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant security certifications (CISSP or CISM preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within global companies or critical infrastructure sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of security and risk management, asset security, security architecture, and network security.
• Proficiency in managing firewalls, VPN systems, and cloud platforms (O365, Azure).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with security technologies such as SSL, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
