Your new role
After receiving thorough training in aseptic/GMP procedures, you will become an integral part of a dynamic operations team. Your role involves supporting daily aseptic and manual production processes alongside your colleagues and team leaders, adhering to strict protocols and standard procedures.
Key responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment, carefully cleaning and disinfecting materials, ensuring proper transfer between different production zones, and preparing cleanrooms to maintain sterility. You will perform specific production process steps within a grade A/B/C/D environment, such as spiking, media refreshing, cell culture, and freezing the therapeutic product. Great communication skills are crucial, as you need to effectively communicate with colleagues about errors and be open to receiving feedback.

Strong sense of responsibility and passion for making a difference in patients’ lives.
Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Preference for structure and order, high accuracy, and willingness to work in an aseptic environment (cleanroom) with sterile clothing.
Bachelor’s degree (open for nonmedical degrees) or equivalent through experience; quality and accuracy mindset is the most important.
Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends (no night shifts).
Good physical condition, as you will be required to wear a backpack with materials throughout the day.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
