Your new role
As an Inside Sales employee, you are responsible for drawing up and following up on targeted offers that meet the needs of your customers. Following up on offers, you are responsible for customer contact, and you are a driving force behind the general administration in cooperation with the account managers. You will be assigned to the specific international region of Turkey, which you will further develop. On top of that, it is your objective to deepen business relationships with existing and new customers. You will help customers with their inquiries regarding transportation, stock availability, and other related questions. You identify sales opportunities to convince clients to choose the company's products and services.

Your profile
You are customer-oriented and a driven force who wants to achieve visible results together with the entire team. Motivation, drive and eagerness to learn are your greatest assets. The most important thing is that you are a commercial talent with a technical affinity. Next to that, you are fluent in Turkish and English. Knowledge of any other languages is an added value. Finally, you are stress-resistant, flexible and precise.

What you'll get in return
After successfully completing a probationary period under a temporary contract, a permanent contract will be offered. Next to that, you will receive an excellent salary in function of experience and commitment. Fringe benefits such as insurances, meal vouchers, group bonuses, etc. are also included. You will work 38h/week and have the possibility to work occasionally from home.
