We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a forward-thinking company in the IT sector, dedicated to providing top-notch IT solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various industries, including finance, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare. Your new role
A talented IT Support Engineer is needed to join the team in Diegem. If you excel in communication, have a customer-centric approach, and possess experience as a Support Engineer, this opportunity is for you. The role involves a mix of remote support from the office and on-site interventions at client locations. The team manages all IT-related concerns for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service. As a Support Engineer, you will primarily work from the office in Diegem but will also visit clients to perform installations or resolve issues on-site.

Your profile
  • Fluent in Dutch & French.
  • A passion for IT with substantial experience in IT/networking/security.
  • Customer-friendly and communicative, always aiming to provide the best service.
  • Collaborative with support colleagues but also capable of working independently to find solutions.
  • Eager to learn from team members.
  • Experience with some of the following: Windows Client OS, Windows Server OS management, Active Directory, RDS Farms, Microsoft Exchange, VMWare/Azure, Networking (switching, VLANs, VPN, firewall), Office 365/Microsoft 365, Veeam backup, Azure backup, VoIP (cloud-based PABX), Managed WiFi solutions (Ubiquiti Unify), Ticketing and Monitoring systems (Datto Autotask PSA and AEM), Security (Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, ATP).
