• Consult with local business leaders to determine how technology can best address their business needs and growth opportunities.
• Advocate corporate technology solutions to meet business needs and goals.
• Execute agreed IT projects and investments across manufacturing sites.
• Manage local financial budgets in line with IT regional operating budgets.
• Support the execution of IT strategies for respective sites.
• Facilitate communications between technology and business teams.
• Participate in business leadership team meetings and support local operating plans.
• Identify new business capabilities to be enabled by technology.

• Manage a small site-based technical team dedicated to meeting site objectives.
• Oversee local project portfolios, ensuring systems and compliance activities are current.
• Support the successful delivery of approved projects at the local level.
• Ensure optimal portfolio management with a focus on leveraging global solutions and retiring legacy systems.
• Manage vendor contracts and internal forecasting.

• Strive towards service excellence and operational optimization.
• Maintain accuracy of global application inventory and compliance upkeep.
• Coordinate and manage global upgrades and outages, acting as a liaison between global and business teams.

• Support the business in rolling out new and existing capabilities to strengthen digital expansion and maturity.
• Advise the business at the site level on tech and digital innovation.

• Ensure strong adoption of technical capabilities rolled out at the site.

Your profile

• Fluent in French and English, additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant educational background and prior experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, ERP, digital services, business intelligence, network, security, compliance, and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a small technical team and oversee multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
